Licence Agreement

Effective 16 October 2026

This agreement is between you and Enbom Group LLC (“we”) and covers your use of DropToMove, a macOS application (the “Software”). By installing or using the Software you agree to it.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Software. A purchased licence key may be active on one Mac at a time. You may move it to another Mac by choosing “Deactivate on This Mac” in the Software's License window and activating it on the new Mac. If you lose access to the old Mac, write to us and we will release the activation.

2. Trial and free mode

Without a licence key, the Software works with every feature for 14 days from its first launch. After that it keeps working in a free mode: the shelf holds one file at a time, and favourite folders, undo and the Move, Copy and Share buttons require a licence.

3. Activation and licence checks

To activate a key, the Software contacts our licence server and sends the key, an identifier of your Mac, the Mac's name and the Software's version (see the Privacy Policy). The server returns a signed activation record bound to that Mac. The Software renews it about once a week and keeps working offline for up to 30 days between checks. A revoked key (for example after a refund) stops working at the next check.

4. What you may not do

• share, publish, sell or rent your licence key, or use one key on more Macs than it allows;
• bypass, disable or modify the licence checks;
• decompile or reverse engineer the Software, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
• distribute modified copies of the Software.

5. Your files

The Software moves, copies and shares files only when you tell it to. When you choose to replace an item that already exists, the existing item is moved to the Trash rather than deleted. Transfers made from the shelf can be undone with ⌘Z. Drags into Finder windows are carried out by Finder itself. You remain responsible for keeping backups of important data.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We keep all rights to the Software and its name; this agreement gives you only the rights stated in it.

7. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you break this agreement or if the licence key is refunded or revoked. You can end it at any time by deleting the Software.

8. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties that it will be error-free or meet every need, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
