Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with DropToMove. Every feature is free for 14 days before you buy, and if the purchase still turns out not to be right for you, you can get your money back.

1. 14 days, no questions asked

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address you used to buy, and include your licence key or order number.

2. How the refund is paid

The refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank it may take several days to appear.

3. What happens to the licence

When the refund is made, the licence key is revoked. At its next licence check the app returns to the free mode, where the shelf holds one file at a time.

4. After 14 days

After 14 days we refund only where the law requires it, for example if DropToMove does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
