Terms of Sale

These terms govern the purchase of a DropToMove licence on this website. They are an offer to anyone who wants to buy a licence: by completing a purchase you accept them, together with the Licence Agreement. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.

1. Seller

The seller is Enbom Group LLC (the “Seller”, “we”). Contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What you buy

You buy a licence key for DropToMove, a utility for macOS that moves, copies and shares files from a shelf in the Finder toolbar. DropToMove runs on Macs with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and macOS 13 Ventura or later. Before buying you can use every feature free for 14 days; please check that DropToMove works on your Mac during that time.

One licence activates DropToMove on one Mac at a time. You can move it to another Mac by deactivating it on the old one first. The full terms of use are in the Licence Agreement.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website before you buy (currently $19.99) and is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Any taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive your card details. We may change the price for future purchases; this does not affect licences already bought.

4. Delivery

Your licence key is sent to the e-mail address you enter, normally within minutes of payment. The e-mail contains a link that activates DropToMove in one click and instructions for activating it by hand. If the e-mail does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to us; we will resend it.

5. Updates

Updates within DropToMove version 1 (1.x) are free. A future major version may be offered as a paid upgrade; your version 1 licence keeps working.

6. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, as described in the Refund Policy. When a refund is made, the licence key is revoked.

7. Liability

DropToMove is provided as described in the Licence Agreement. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force on the day of your purchase applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve the issue.
